Massage is considered a complementary and alternative medicine used by millions to relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, is one of the most common ways to reduce stress and anxiety and it has also been shown to boost alertness and immunity. Many people sleep better when they have regular massage, with improvement in both falling asleep and staying asleep. Looking to boost your general health? The blood that circulates through the body is responsible for transporting oxygen and nutrition to the body's cells. The blood also cleanses waste and toxins from the body. Because blood flow becomes limited when stress is present, massage can be beneficial as it decreases stress and allows the increase circulation of blood. Depending on what it is you wish to accomplish or how much time you have, we offer a range of massage times for you.

The area of the foot is very small as compared to the whole body. It is the load bearer of our entire body throughout our lives. While walking, running, or playing, our feet support us and withstand all the strain of having to support our entire body weight. Such a lot of pressure is exerted on them. Although feet are designed to take this pressure, walking on hard concrete surfaces, wearing tight restrictive shoes, or high heels, all affect the feet adversely. A foot massage relieves pain in the feet. It can relieve tiredness and stress and induce a deep relaxation. The foot is thought to contain pressure points that affect the various organs of the body. A foot massage stimulates these pressure points, thereby improving the function of all your organs. Of course, the best reason for a foot massage is that it simply feels delightful.

Massaging of the scalp can help stimulate the nerves and blood vessels beneath the skin while calming muscle tension around the head. The results can help you to relax, stimulate mental function, assist with headache relief, increase circulation to the scalp to enrich the hair follicle and provide you with a feeling of well-being. Reduced levels of stress hormones allow the body to function with increased efficiency and this, in turn, enhances the ability of the hair follicles to grow hair. Many different cultures have used massage as a form of therapy for thousands of years. It is possible to trace the history of the head and scalp massage to India. The people of India have incorporated head massage into therapeutic practice for about 5,000 years as part of holistic medicine.

The seasons can wreak havoc on the skin. In summer or winter, skin exposed to the elements can become dry, itchy and flaky. Sugar scrubs can be a perfect solution to keep your skin smooth and radiant throughout the year.   The body is exfoliated with a sugar scrub which is then removed with warm towels. That is followed by massaging in shea butter body cream leaving the skin smooth and moisturized
